Digital marketing FAQ: questions before an order

A digital marketing FAQ covering billing, scope, ownership and process in one place. Entry point $300/mo, billed monthly, with the scope fixed by a brief you approve first.

The short version

Every service has a published price from $300/mo, retainers are billed monthly with no minimum term, the scope for each month is fixed by a brief you approve before any invoice, and nothing on this site claims a result, a client or a review that does not exist.

Billing and payment

There is no payment processor here yet, which surprises people. The price CTA opens an order form and the invoice follows the brief.

If your question is not answered above, it belongs in this list. Ask it directly. Questions that come up more than once get added to this page.

How does billing work?

Retainers are billed monthly. The scope for a month is fixed by a brief you approve before any invoice is raised, so nothing is charged against work you have not agreed.

What does yearly billing save?

Yearly billing charges ten months instead of twelve, which is two months free, about 17 percent. On the SEO Growth tier that is $950/mo becoming $792/mo equivalent.

How do I actually pay?

There is no payment processor on the site at launch. The price CTA opens an order form, a brief comes back, and the work is invoiced after that brief is agreed.

Are the prices really the prices?

Yes, and they are the same numbers everywhere on this site because every page reads them from one file. The entry point is $300/mo. If a page ever showed a different figure for the same tier, that would be a bug rather than a negotiation.

Do you offer a refund?

Work already delivered is not refunded, because it cannot be un-delivered. What protects you is the order of events: the brief is agreed before the invoice, so there is a point at which you can walk away having paid nothing.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. What is on the tier is what is charged. Ad spend is the one cost that sits outside a fee, and it is paid by you directly to the platform rather than through us.

What if I need something not on any tier?

Say so in the order form. If it is close to an existing deliverable it can usually be scoped into the brief. If it is genuinely custom, this is the wrong kind of supplier and a traditional agency will serve you better.

Can I combine services?

Yes. The stack builder on the pricing page totals any combination before you order. SEO with content writing, and SEO with link building, are the two most common pairs.

Can I change tier or service later?

Yes, effective the following month. Nothing already delivered needs redoing and there is no exit fee.

Why do the tiers list exclusions?

Because an unstated exclusion is the most common reason a retainer disappoints in month two. Printing them costs some sales and prevents more arguments.

Do I need a discovery call before I can buy?

No. There is no discovery call and no proposal document. The scope, the deliverable counts and the price are published, so the order form replaces the meeting that would otherwise exist to tell you what they are.

What exactly is excluded from a tier?

Each service page lists its exclusions against the tier they belong to, so the answer is specific. The pattern is the same everywhere: anything with a per-unit cost outside the fee, anything needing a specialist the tier does not fund, and anything that would make the deliverable count meaningless.

What reporting do I get, and on what timeline?

One report a month, in the same format every month, against the brief you approved. A fixed format is the point: a report whose sections move around cannot be compared to the one before it.

Do you work with agencies as a white-label supplier?

Yes. Agency owners buying capacity are one of the intended customer types, and the deliverable counts are what make that resellable.

Scope and changes

Fixed scope is the whole product. It is also the limitation, and the honest answer to several of these questions is that an unusual problem needs a custom supplier.

Most digital marketing agency faqs skip that admission; this digital marketing faq does not, and it names the white-label vendor arrangement behind the work rather than implying an in-house department.

Every service page carries a section explaining when not to buy it. Those are worth reading before an order more than anything on this page.

Low prices often attract high churn. So, cheap clients cost the most.

Why this matters
An honest answer to "why not cheaper?". A price low enough to be an impulse buy attracts buyers who leave before any SEO work has had time to show, which helps neither side.

What this digital marketing faq does not answer

Anything specific to one service, and anything about a supplier already in place, which is its own post. This faq stops where the answer depends on the line you buy, so each service page carries its own, like the social media one.

Proof, ownership and promises

This block would normally hold a wall of client logos. It holds an explanation of why there are none instead.

The reasoning is set out on about, and the standards it commits us to are on the what we will and will not publish. The two questions behind most of this page are answered at length in what a productized service is and how to tell an agency is coasting.

Why are there no case studies or testimonials?

Because none exist yet. The business is pre-launch, and inventing proof is the practice this site is built against. Review and rating schema is absent from every page for the same reason.

Who does the work?

Vetted white-label production vendors, coordinated against your approved brief. We do not name individuals and do not claim an in-house team.

Do you promise rankings or results?

No, and no supplier can. Nobody controls search rankings, ad auction prices or what an AI model cites. Every service page states what it cannot promise, in writing, on the page.

What do I own if I stop working with you?

Everything produced for you. Intellectual property transfers on delivery rather than sitting under a license that lapses when you stop paying. Handover means the raw files: source documents, ad accounts in your name, analytics access under your own login, and any build moved to your hosting with the repository.

How much notice do I have to give?

None. There is no minimum contract and no notice period, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than triggering a claw-back on what has already been delivered.

How fast do you reply?

Order and service enquiries within one business day. Guest post and advertising enquiries within three business days, which is the commitment published on those pages.

Still deciding?

The pricing page carries every service side by side with a stack builder that totals any combination. Or send the question directly and get an answer within one business day.
