What happens after you send it

Short answer

You get a brief form within one business day, not a sales call. Once you approve the brief the scope is fixed, production starts against it, and the first invoice follows. Nothing is charged before you have agreed what is being built.

  1. 1

    Within 1 business day

    Brief form

A short form asking for your site, your targets, and anything that is off limits. It is the only call-free way to scope work properly.

  2. 2

    You approve it

    Scope agreed

Nothing starts and nothing is invoiced until you have read the brief back and agreed it.

  3. 3

    Then

    Production starts

Work runs against the approved brief. First deliverables within 10 business days of the brief.

  4. 4

    Month end

    First report

Fixed format, itemised against the tier you bought, with what runs next month.

Before you send it

Am I paying anything by sending this?

No. There is no payment processor on the site. This form starts a brief, and the work is invoiced after that brief is returned and agreed by you.

What if I do not know which tier I need?

Pick "Not sure yet". Describing the situation in the last field is more useful than guessing a tier, and the brief form will narrow it down.

Can I order more than one service?

Yes. Send the one you most want to start with and say so in the detail field. The stack builder on the pricing page will tell you the combined monthly total first.

How fast will you reply?

Within one business day. This is an async, ticket-based operation, so there is no phone queue and no scheduling back and forth.

Not sure which service or tier to pick? Every deliverable is specced on the services page, and what each one costs per month is on the price table.

Nothing on this form is a commitment. It records what you want and who to send the brief to, and the brief is what gets agreed before an invoice exists.

Advertising enquiries have their own page and their own prices, on advertise.

If your question is about scope rather than ordering, say so in the message and you will get an answer rather than a quote. Where the honest answer is that we are the wrong supplier, that is the answer you will get.

Replies come from a person within one business day. There is no chatbot on this page, no scheduling widget, and no call required before a price.

Before sending an order it is worth reading what happens after you do, which sets out the brief, the start date and the reporting cadence.
